"Haven't gotten it yet"
I received a survey, but I'm still hanging tight for the product to be shipped. No updates via email about what's happening, and I don't have any tracking details. The customer service is pretty terrible. Fingers crossed I’ll enjoy the print if it ever shows up.

"Incredible craftsmanship"
I was totally impressed with the item, but sadly, the pinky finger was damaged. This caught me off guard since it was packed so nicely. It was meant for a friend's funeral the next day after it got here, so returning it wasn't an option. Nonetheless, it made a lovely impression on the occasion, and everyone appreciated it!

"Delivery took forever, steer clear!!!"
It took more than a month to get here, and I really wouldn’t suggest buying from them. There was zero info on the item's location! They gave me a tracking number, but it was useless! I had to reach out multiple times just to find out where it was.

"Absolutely Terrible"
Absolutely terrible. I placed an order right after Christmas 2018 and I'm still waiting. No calls or emails to update me on the hold-up. I had to reach out to them myself. This review is even more frustrating because I'm still waiting for the gift, and my friend's birthday has already passed. So, just totally awful. Thanks a lot.
